CRASH is widely considered a spiritual success to Red vs. Blue, so figured I can put this on my RvB page too.

If you haven't seen it, it's so good. There's links to watch it in the video description. It has a lot of inspirations from RvB, but also clearly carves its own identity. It's much more grounded than RvB and is less flashy and comedic, having a more serious mystery element (but it still absolutely is funny).

Foxtrot-12, tired, dirty, and damaged.

I did a lot of practice with some procedural damage, crack, smudge, and dirt materials to make some dirty armor and equipment without needing any texturing work! Some details like the cracks may be easier to see if you zoom in a little. Tested with my favorite Foxtrot-12.

Two different ideas packaged into one post since they were made out of the same line of thought and in the same file (one of them has two renders but I count them as the same idea because they're basically the same image).

Here we have Epsilon-Tex, aka Tex 2.0 / Tex II (the Tex formed from Epsilon's memories rather than Alpha's) in the memory unit scene with a sniper rifle.

Two camera positions rendered. I was actually making the next section first but as I did it I realized that before I added Church in and posed the bipod (you'll see, if you keep going down the post), I had a decent serious pose render available. I tried to get the posing as accurate to real rifle aiming positions as possible, using a recorded U.S. Army Rifleman presentation for reference. It's not perfect, and Halo Spartan rigs aren't really the best for matching tightly bound up human poses, and the helmets are pretty poor at making cheek welds against a rifle stock, but overall I think it was pretty good.

Tried to make it themed loosely around the Great War (aka Human-Covenant War) and how that caused Project Freelancer to be made which would have lasting impacts post-war. So yeah.

Had this idea a bit ago, might do more with it in an actual scene sometime, maybe add Florida as the flanker, but yeah. Made two versions, one with the armor lights off and one with them on.

Since Wyoming is the sniper of Project Freelancer's top squad, figured it would be fun to give him a ghillie suit (ghillie suit gotten from Strider AU's ODST pack, I believe they got it from Casper from Battlefield 2042 but not sure).

After my "When your TEX is the one who Dominates" meme animation, one of my friends suggested this scenario ("church scrubbing the floor with tex using him as a footrest"). So I figured I'd throw this together.

The house was made by that same friend for a prior render of their own, I didn't have any good interiors on hand so I asked if they could lend me the file and they obliged! Modified by me to fit the scenario better.

A little 2D-style 3D render focusing around the Freelancer Command soldiers in their attempt to take on the Meta in Season 6: Reconstruction. And I believe they are technically the Freelancer Command soldiers not the Recovery Force but they have the same armor and using Recovery Force in the name sounded cooler lol

My first time trying to make use of shadows like this!

I wasn't personally much of a fan of the Shinso Trilogy, particularly The Shisno Paradox and Singularity, but Singularity's Labyrinth sections did have some cool character development.

I help run the Red vs. Blue Archive, which formed when Rooster Teeth took the videos off YouTube. The Archive of Pimps came later and is the better archive place, but RvB Archive can be used without download and on mobile, and is more of a RvB fan discussion group now.

Anyway, I made us a simple Holiday poster I figured I'd share.
