In #2007 #TonyThompson’s (of R&B group #HiFive) body was discovered by security officers at around 10 p.m. near an air-conditioning unit outside of an apartment complex in his native Waco, Texas. An autopsy later determined that Thompson died from “toxic effects of chlorodifluoromethane,” or inhaling a toxic amount of freon.

The report also shows that Thompson had a history of “freon huffing.” No alcohol or illegal drugs were detected in the singer’s system. However, the autopsy showed Thompson had a small amount of #methadone in his bloodstream. #TWIMH

In #1977 #BobMarleyAndTheWailers play the first of four nights at the #RainbowTheatre in #London. There are six nights booked at the Rainbow, but the last two shows are called off because of a serious toe injury #BobMarley sustained in a friendly soccer game with French journalists just before the tour's start in Paris.
