Rupert Grint plays Inspector Crome. The new broom at Scotland Yard. Young, upcoming and hot-headed but undoubtedly deserves to be where he is, despite what some of the older officers might think. He doesn’t have time for detectives of the past interfering with his cases.

Really, what is even the point of posting the super high res pics when you have your stamp across his face?? How am I'm supposed to use that for my phone background or anything???? I understand you must be pissed about people claiming them as your own. But this just sucks.
We try to make the tags quite transparent and we actually think that we’re generous with the position. We have been screwed over too many times and we just had enough of the disrespect. It’s quite disheartening getting this kind of crap when we work REALLY hard to get awesome stuff for everyone... so maybe it’s time for us to reevaluate how much we want to aquire exclusive stuff in the future.
Are you ready for a special Christmas treat and do you love ultra-extreme-HQ pictures as much as us?? Then you should check out this little update: https://bit.ly/2Q5nE19
We've just uploaded over 150 beautiful HQ pics (!!) in our gallery: - Dinard jury photocall: https://bit.ly/2NOlRaA - Dinard opening ceremony: https://bit.ly/2AiHtIu - Dinard Friday photocall: https://bit.ly/2yNbbU9 - Dinard closing ceremony: https://bit.ly/2PF7SWl - Snatch UK screening: https://bit.ly/2yRubRh - USA Today photoshoot from 2017: https://bit.ly/2S0iLnf

Today, Rupert Grint was unveiled as a jury member of the 2018 Dinard British Film Festival.

The Dinard British Film Festival was launched in 1989 to bring to France a variety of dynamic and original British productions for both professionals and cinephiles… the British Film Festival of Dinard has become a major venue for film-makers wishing to enter the European market as well as distributors looking for films for their cinemas post-Festival.

Remember that Rupert will return as Charlie Cavendish-Scott very soon in season 2 of Snatch. In case you missed it, you can read more about when and where to catch the new season and see the first trailer here.
Happy 30th Birthday, Rupert Alexander Lloyd Grint!
As scheduled, John Malkovich and Rupert Grint were at St John’s Square in Leeds, Yorkshire, on June 27 2018 filming The ABC Murders [x] [x] [x] [x] Bonus: In his spare time, Mr Malkovich was spotted at The Great Yorkshire Antiques Fair on June 23 2018, “enjoying his time looking and purchasing quality antiques.” [x] Bonus: We don’t have on-set pics of Rupert Grint yet but a fan took a selfie with the actor in Yorkshire on June 20 2018. Mr Grint is wearing a moustache! [x] The next shooting location is Ripon for July 2-6 2018!
One of the filming locations for the new Poirot tv series The ABC Murders starring John Malkovich will be St John’s Square and Church of St John, Wakefield, London, on June 27 2018, as this resident has learnt from the studio.
The series’ summary: “The once celebrated detective Hercule Poirot has aged and his popularity has waned. But a series of murders by an anonymous killer known only as A.B.C. brings him back into the public eye faced with the most chilling case of his career.”
Interesting tidbit: St John’s Square was also a location on the BBC’s Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell. Here’s a clip of the location when used for a period drama.
The next instalment in the collection of Agatha Christie stories commissioned by BBC One will be a Sarah Phelps adaptation of The ABC Murders, Christie’s classic 1936 title.
Due to start filming in June, John Malkovich (Being John Malkovich, In The Line Of Fire, Dangerous Liaisons) will lead the cast as Hercule Poirot.
Also joining the cast are Rupert Grint (Harry Potter, Sick Note) as Inspector Crome, Andrew Buchan (Broadchurch, The Honourable Woman) as Franklin Clarke, Eamon Farren (Twin Peaks, Chained) playing Cust, Tara Fitzgerald (Game Of Thrones, Requiem) as Lady Hermione Clarke, Bronwyn James (Harlots) in the role of Megan and Freya Mavor (The Sense Of An Ending, Sunshine On Leith) as Thora Grey. Further casting to be announced.
This one off three-part drama marks the return of Poirot to television and continues BBC One and Agatha Christie Limited’s unique production deal that will see Agatha Christie Limited and Mammoth Screen deliver six more Christie adaptations.
BAFTA nominated writer Sarah Phelps returns to explore the 20th Century through Christie’ work. This time the setting is the 1930s; a time when the nation is dangerously divided and suspicion and hatred are on the rise. In the midst of this Poirot faces a serial killer known only as A.B.C. First the killer strikes in Andover, then Bexhill. As the murder count rises, the only clue is the copy of The ABC Railway Guide at each crime scene. Poirot’s investigations are thwarted at every turn by an enemy determined to outsmart him. If Poirot is to match his nemesis then everything about him will be called into question; his authority, his integrity, his past, his identity.
Sarah Phelps, Writer and Executive Producer, says: “Set in the seething, suspicious early 1930s, The ABC Murders is a brutal story of violence and lies, the long shadow of the past and the slaughter to come. At its centre, one of the most familiar, famous characters in crime fiction. We may all think we know Poirot but do we really know Hercule?” - May 24 2018 [x]
