Getting ready to hop on the trainer for 1 hour 15 minute workout. I sent a courtesy text to my down stairs neighbors because I am not sure how loud/annoying it will be for them. Their response? Cold and rainy, wet sand grinding in the gears, and beautiful fall colors. I made it through one hour and 40 minutes of my scheduled three hour ride. I lost the feeling in my fingers and toes about an 1:15 into the ride. At least I tried! #noregrets
