They’re very warm and soft. It’s nice to not have cold feet in the morning when you step out of bed. Starts the day off right. I might have used the last of my spending money on yarn, but I promise they’ll be great. 

I’m always cold. In fact, I’m downright frigid. Did you really? That makes it better. Okay, fine, I’ll await those socks.

“Well, I wouldn’t want to be a kiss ass. So I’ll allow that award to go all to you.”

Kissing ass is better than scraping the bottom of the barrel for scraps. Actually, never mind-- I hear you lost your Barrel so you can’t even do that. My bad.

She steps backwards. “Let’s try that again: I will stab my metal-reinforced nails into your kidneys if you try to touch me.”
