Remember when Little Talks was on the radio all the time? Things were better then. Have we tried putting Little Talks back on the radio 18 times a day to see if that fixes things

Last night I bid on an ebay auction for the first time in around six years.
Lovely pair of cameo earrings. Amicable price. Only one other person appears to have put in any bids on them. I put in a bid—an extreme lowball by the standards of what these earrings are made of, might I add—and all is well. The auction ends in around 4 hours, and since last night when I bid, nobody else has. I am winning.
Except, you see, for a couple of small matters. Firstly, I paid for a driving course I since asked to be refunded, since they had no availability during my available months. Refunds process in up to 14 business days. It has been one. And then, a bracelet I ordered nearly a week ago got inspected by customs, and I had to pay mad duties on it, today, for it to be released to keep shipping. One more significant charge came in that I finally found a gold book locket that I like, half the price of the others I saw of a similar composition, and I've wanted a nice looking book pendant for reasons obvious to a person in the know.
My bank emails. You're almost sitting on your credit card limit, buster. (Read: and if you plan on winning those cameo earrings, you'd better sort your shit out fast.)
I go to the bank. I go to the teller. Processing is faster at the teller than at the ATM. I pay most of my credit card balance. "Will this process today?" No. It is not a business day.
I want those cameo earrings. I want somebody to outbid me on those cameo earrings.
SOMEONE OUTBID ME WITH UNDER 30 SECONDS LEFT TO THE AUCTION MY CREDIT CARD SITUATION IS SAVED !!!!!!!!!!!
They bid a single dollar over what I had set my highest bid to last night I feel so lucky

all i'm saying is that if the only lens you can enjoy a story or a character dynamic through is romance and shipping, then well. your media analysis skills are just kinda shit actually. and i'm not sorry for saying it. you're missing the point of the story in question and removing the things that makes it unique by shoving everything into boxes. not everything goes in the square hole.
