I’m 5′4″ (162 cm) with size 18 US / 17 UK / 55 EU feet. My feet are breath-takingly big for my height and it’s very noticeable. It’s due to a genetic anomaly - I was born with oversized feet and hands and they just kept growing bigger. Strangers comment on it all the time. And forget about the reaction of assistants at shoe shops or bowling alley clerks!
