I’d have a heart to heart talk with him. Tell him how you feel but avoid guilt-tripping. Try to say “I feel” instead of “you make me feel.” If after the talk he’s still not willing to try, don’t force him to. Sex should be things you’re both comfortable doing!

It is unfair that you worked on your gag reflex + explored his fetishes for him and he doesn’t really focus on pleasuring you back? It gets kinda tricky here.
