My home town flooded today duh to getting a ton of rain.

Just got home after a weekend away. It was just what I needed. Went swimming, took naps, went bowling and played in the arcade with my son. We both needed the getaway. Finishing my day with relaxing, as tomorrow it is time to get back to the grind.

After going to the parade, I came home and crushed my work out. Happy Independence Day. Have a fun safe holiday.

Happy fourth. Hope everyone has a safe and happy fourth. I want to thank all who have fought for the freedom I have today and thanks to those who serve now.

Woke up with one of my terrible headaches, so I went back to bed for a while. When I got up the headache was still there but not as bad, so I decided to press play. The old me, I would’ve used a headache as an excuse to lay on the couch all day and eat gross food. I am glad I’m getting stronger than my excuses. Have a great Tuesday, and don’t let your excuses take over.

Good morning and happy Monday. Just some friendly advice, never ever miss a Monday. It can set the ton for your whole week. Can’t workout first thing that is fine get an afternoon or evening workout in. If that is to intimidating for you, just start by getting more steps in a day and then work up to a workout.

Happy Thursday. I have such a busy day today. I still manage to get in my work out, taking 30 minutes today for my health it’s totally worth it. Hope you all have a fabulous day.

I have never worked out for an hour and a half before. I usually don’t like long workouts, but I could not help myself today. I just couldn’t stop and I felt so good. Now I am a little tired, so I’m going to go make my shake and catch up on some things for my Etsy shop. Have Wednesday everyone, we are half way through the week.

I just did an hour and eleven minute workout. I can tell I am getting stronger, as I would not have been able to do this a couple of months ago. I decided to push my workout to work through the frustration of my leaking bathroom wall. Did you workout out today?

Happy Monday, it’s a beautiful day out there. Started my Monday off with my workout. Remember never miss a Monday, it can set the tone for the whole week.

We did a balloon release for my dad. My son let his go before I could get my phone out.

A year ago today my dad unexpectedly passed away. It was just six weeks after my grandma had died. It has been hard year for us and it has been especially hard for my little man. Him and my dad were buddies and did everything together. His Papa meant the world to him. So to honor him my son chose red, white and blue balloons to release because my dad was in the navy. I know he is in a much better place.
