Having a cat is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I can’t imagine my life without my little furry companion.

I wish every cat looking for a home finds one, and every person looking for a cat finds their own perfect little fluffball. 🐾

One thing always surprises me about my art.

I often feel like my colors are too bright and not gothic enough, yet people keep telling me my work looks dark and moody. 😂

I guess "cozy gothic" really does live somewhere between those two things.

These distinguished cats clearly have no intention of helping with the packing.

In fact, they look more like the kind of travelers who would sit on your suitcase, shed fur on your clothes, and somehow still end up coming along for the adventure.

And honestly... what could make a journey better than a few cats?

While drawing this piece, I was trying to create a cozy gothic atmosphere — a little vintage, a little whimsical, and just mischievous enough.

Which cat would you take on a trip with you?

I could spend hours drawing clean, crisp lines and never get tired of it.

For a long time, I felt like every piece needed more — more shadows, more highlights, more details.

But lately, I've been appreciating the beauty of simplicity.

No dramatic lighting. No complicated rendering.

Just linework, character, and a group of very important cats. 🐈
