so, regarding the new blog, I’ll probably move over to it once I rewrite Roxie’s bio. unfortunately, I am going up to Myrtle Beach tomorrow, so I probably won’t get to that until Tuesday night if I don’t do it after work tonight.

“‘Ey, Lissi, how’ve y- gyaah!!” Roxie nearly loses her balance almost immediately after Lisia’s tackle-hug, but fortunately manages to stay on her feet.

you know what I need to do?

He stares at the strange girl in front of him. What was wrong with his teeth ?? Self-conciously he ran a finger across his pearly whites before making a “Huh?” noise again.

❝ Are you inquiring as to why they’re white … ? My parents paid for it. Anything else ? ❞

“Yer parents paid for it. Uh-huh. Nice of ‘em, guess it was too much t’pay fer any of th’other kids ‘round here, though, right?” After all, the neighborhood they were in wasn’t exactly the most affluent in Galar.

        “I’ll do whatever the fuck I want, girl.”    The temptation to flick Roxie again was high. REAL high - 

        Though with a venomous ‘tch’ sound leaving Plumeria, she opted to simply cross her arms, sit back, and enjoy the rest of the ride in silence.

      “Hmph. Sure.” Plumeria got out of the car as well, being a little mindful of any other car close to her door. “I’ll take Roserade Tea.”

“Yeah, think I got that. C’mon, don’t think I’s ever act’lly shown ya where my place here is.”

After a long, complex string of hallways and elevators had been navigated, Roxie and Plumeria found themselves standing upon the Champion’s battlefield - needless to say, Roxie made it her own, as it was starting to look more like the site of a nuclear disaster than a Pokemon League chamber.

This wasn’t the place, though. That would be downstairs.

With just a few button pushes on a nearby remote control, a small opening right in the center of the battlefield revealed itself - and sure enough, there was a staircase leading down into Roxie’s home.

     “ do i look upset to you? “

“Nah, more bored than upset if y’hadda ask me.”

Flicks Roxie’s forehead.

  “I totally could, you’re right. But will I? No. I won’t do it. Why? Because sometimes you just have to take the gritty route. Get used to it – Or stop asking me for favors.

           Be thankful I do anything for you at ALL.”

“Don’t fuckin’ flick me while I’m drivin’. ‘Specially not on Lanakila.”

A few more minutes passed before Roxie’s Skyline rolled into the League’s parking garage. After pulling into her designated space, she climbed out, careful not to hit Olivia’s car with the door.

The punk heaved a heavy sigh.
