In celebration of my previous plant post hitting 400 notes, I’m back at it again with the horny plant thoughts. (Read the first ones here.)
This time with some more aggressive plant monsters. The kinds that chase you through crowded jungles and use every limb at their disposal to catch you. One trip over a branch, turning your head back to look one time, make any mistake and you’re done for. You’re caught. Thick vines wrapping around your body and dragging you back to the heart of the plant with urgency. It’s just following what nature has programmed it to do, its vision now tunneled as soon as it spotted you, such an easy and vulnerable prey.
Hovering over what you can assume to be the head of the plant, a massive flower bud surrounded by a ridiculous amount of vines coming from the base, the vines rearrange and spread you out lewdly before the massive plant. Arms secured above your head and legs parted, surrounded completely by unruly, tentacle like vines that randomly poke and grope your body. Almost like they’re inspecting you.
The ground rumbles and your heart drops to your stomach. The budding flower in the center of the plant comes to life, raising from the ground and moving around on a massive stem. It moves towards you and tilts its ‘head’ down, the very tip of the flower now facing you as it slowly expands open. The inside of the petals are slick with sap and whatever else you can see inside of it… throbs.
