I don’t know the answer to this question 100% as I have the Roswell DVD’s and don’t watch it on Netflix (Though some of the music is changed from the original airing). However as far as I know it’s the background music due to right’s issues. It seems to have happened to a lot of the shows from the same era as Roswell.

Confession #117: “I hated that Max and Tess had sex and Liz was saving herself for him.”

Confession #116: “Emilie de Ravin was in a movie that was filmed in my hometown...I will forever be a little upset that I wasn’t older at the time, and that I hadn’t already seen Roswell. It would have been so cool if I could’ve met her.”

Confession #115: “Tess and Max belonged together and I’m so mad they ended Tess like they did.”

Confession #114: “I stopped liking Max after he punched Michael in Crazy, when he knew he had been abused by Hank.”

Confession #113: “Tess is my all time favorite character from Roswell and I’m super pissed that they made her evil then killed her off. There was so much potential for her character and they threw her out like she was nothing.”

Confession #112 (Full Confession): “I love all the relationships on the show, but Michael and Maria’s is my favorite. They have this unwavering love and passion for each other that just radiates between them. They sizzle and amuse, romance and delight. They are relatable and beautiful, they are complex and imperfect. After all these years, I am so grateful to Brendan and Majandra and the writers for giving me my OTP.”

Confession #111: “I find the first episode very hard to get through. The whole Max/Liz thing kills me because they’re so obviously already in love, but they just stand there at the end. It’s like, just kiss already.”

Confession #110: “The thing I hate about Roswell ending is the fact there are so many unanswered questions. For example, Laurie DuPree’s grandfather is Michael’s ‘DNA donor’. Why would her grandfather give away his DNA? To whom? and what does that mean for Michael, Is, and Max? Were they created with human DNA on Antar? And where are Is & Max’s donors?"

Confession #109: “I tried so hard to deny it, but nasedo was really sexy when he was pretending to be Max. Those smiles... damn." 

Confession #108: “Max, Liz, Michael, Maria, and Isabel were 5 of my favorite characters on TV. I miss ROSWELL!"    

Confession #107: “Roswell was the first show that taught what I wanted in teen dramas. Sexy boys and girls, babies, action and aliens and super-natural powers and I love all the characters so much."
