“Things end. People leave. And you know what? Life goes on. Besides, if bad things didn’t happen, how would you be able to feel the good ones?”

Change
I've been thinking a lot recently trying to find peace with myself. I've had so many different people in my life over the years and very little consistency with who's in my life. I always thought people became bored of me or they would become sick and tired of me. When you first meet someone you're usually having a laugh getting to know there good side and about there strengths. Then you eventually see the rest of them and all there faults and weaknesses. I truly believed that seeing all of me drove everyone away but I'm trying not to think that way anymore. So here's a thought which I like to think is right: What if people come in to our lives for a reason. You need each other at that period of time. Whether that's a couple of months, years or even decades. You have good times, hard times and crazy times which will stay with you forever. But then something happens that either tears you apart or makes you drift apart. That doesn't mean you didn't mean anything it just means your time together is now over even if you try your hardest to keep the relationship going whether it's romance or friendship. It doesn't make you a bad person or necessarily them. You change throughout life, everyone does; the way you think and feel, the way you see the world, and the way you process things. I am not who I was a year ago nor will I be who I am in a years time. We learn and grow. We make different decisions and take different paths in life to others. We don't drive people away. People change and eventually if two people change enough in different ways then they leave each other's lives. We are good enough, we are wanted and we are loved. Don't let your own mind be your worst enemy.
“I just want someone who won’t get annoyed when I text them six times or in all caps. Someone I can go on long drives with and can sing along to the radio with. Someone I can eat pizza with at 2am and kiss at 6pm. Someone who chooses me every day and never thinks twice about it.”
