A couple good people helped me out today.  They helped me see things differently.

Fog cleared

I’ve been feeling mentally foggy for the past several days - a combination of a messed up sleep schedule and stress.  Today, the fog cleared for a bit.

New Resource

I found a new place to get more information.  I hope it turns out to be helpful.

Found a couple pens

I found a couple nice pens around the house that I haven’t used in a while.

Mood shift in an instant

Last night, I was really down.  I thought I might be down for the rest of the night.  But then I found something on Pinterest that caught my eye.  My mood started to shift.  Then I called someone who was really supportive.  That shifted my mood even more positive.

Sent a message

I sent off a message to a friend I haven’t interacted with for a while.

Couple tasks done

I got a couple tasks done today that were big on my to do list.

Good Advice

I received some good advice today.  I was reminded that more information is often helpful in making decisions.

Sleep

I’m catching up on some sleep the past few days.

Joke Blog

I created a joke blog for an inside joke with someone.

Playing with crayons

I played with some multicolor crayons.  They are shaped like the ones in the picture, but each has 3 colors swirled into one crayon, giving multicolor effects.

Great conversation

Had a great phone conversation with someone. 

I’ve got mail

I got some mail today.  It was a task that needed to get done.

Intention

Someone is helping me to define my intention around a project.

Experiment

Someone agreed to do a social experiment and share the results with me  I’m looking forward to hearing the results.

Bought some magnesium

I got some magnesium supplements.  They help with muscle cramps and calm.

Coloring pages

I found some coloring pages online yesterday that I thought I wouldn’t find again.  It had one of my favorite images.
