Expressing the love and pain for the Ahlul Bayt is not for one specific sect. This love is a universal love and is to be alive in the hearts of every Muslim.

‪“Those who love each other for the sake of Allāh will not be broken apart by worldly affairs. They love each other for the sake of Allāh and nothing will come between them except for death. Even if they wrong one another or fall short with regards to each other’s rights, it will not affect them.”‬

No matter the hardships you go through for it, no matter the scorn you face because of it, no matter the estrangement that comes along with it —

As long as you’re upon the path of Allah, nothing can disturb the peace of your heart.

Rely on the Most Merciful in all your affairs

and never once give up trying.

Have you not heard Allaah tell Maryam:

Shake the trunk of the palm tree and ripe dates will fall?

If Allaah had wanted, He would have allowed her to have them without shaking the trunk.
