Marika Green, one of the stars of landmark erotic film Emmanuelle & aunt to Eva Green, told Fran Lebowitz in 1975 that Emmanuelle was now "a very chic & very expensive sapphic magazine. "OBVIOUSLY I had to investigate: Like the books & movies, it is not entirely sapphic, but there's plenty here for sapphics to enjoy. I had sincere intentions to relaunch my second shop, which is just for vintage books & ephemera, but honestly? I have too much on my plate. So I figured I might as well let you have these sweet, sweet books & magazines right now.
Over the next several updates, expect vintage offerings from the 1950s-1990s. Subjects include pulp, erotica, occult & esoteric matters, music, art, & all things queer.

Not all examples of Victorian hairwork are memorials, but this one is.
This shadow box was made in memory of a little girl who died in 1884 at age 5 and contains a tiny floral bouquet woven from her hair. It was likely made by her mother.
There’s pretty much only one good spot in my house for taking photos, so every time I have to photograph a shop update, my room turns into a fucking mess. But at least the mess is pretty.
