this is just a pocket outtake that i wrote in trying to figure out what exactly is happening in pocket (which i do think i figured out!!! i am excited about this, maybe nobody else but that's IRRELEVANT). it was too annoying to try to format it for tumblr so i guess here we all are.

When Jon re-entered the cavernous sitting room Roman had taken off his jacket and was rolling up his crisp shirt sleeves: he had a drink in one hand in a clear sweating glass and was facing out the huge wide windows so that his face was hidden. Seth had sprawled along the couch, barefoot, with his feet on its arm. He’d closed his eyes and the long line of his neck was bare and vulnerable. My brothers, he thought, he felt. Thank god I don't have to kill you, too.

“I’m tired,” Seth said, again. “Can you just. Please.” “Okay,” Cody said.  “Can you,” Seth said. But he could not make himself finish the sentence. He could not figure out what the end of it was.
