“I called someone to bail us out last time. It’s your turn.”

“We probably shouldn’t do this.”

“See you say it’ll be fine? But, something tells me it won’t be.”

“Okay, but they are gonna be so pissed when they see what we did to this place.”

“We probably shouldn’t have tried to surf on the mattress down the stairs..”

“I can’t believe we just prank called him/her. What are we like twelve?”

“I’m picking the lock. But, I just realized that I’m not a detective and this is a hair pin I found in my glovebox.”

“Do you think that alarm means that we’re caught?”

“I’ll fill the bucket with water and you distract him/her while I dump it on their head.”

“Honestly, I think the car looks better after we crashed it.”

“I rang this guy/girls doorbell and ran away really fast??? And they found me.”

“Oh my god, why is there an unconscious man/woman on the floor?!”

“We were supposed to be cooking. But, it looks like a murder occurred in here.”

“We broke the window. I think someone is going to notice.”

“I can’t believe we’re trying to climb through a window to get back a pair of your panties/underwear.”

“Shh, they’ll hear us. This is a terrible idea. You are lucky I love you.”

“That cop did not find it as funny as we did.”

//time skip Having arrived and alerted his servants to prepare a dinner for the ambassador as well, he told Antonio, “Please make yourself at home.” He gestured around at the parlor room with various trinkets, portraits and seats. “Oh, before i send off the chef, is there anything you would like to eat in particular?”

He smiled graciously back, nobility etiquette training kicking in. “Yes, if you have the time, that is. I was going to head back to the manor; would you like to join me for lunch there too?” 

Toris glanced at the other a bit curiously. “I’m a Lost One– I come from the forest.” It was a bit surprising to meet someone who didn’t know what a Lost One was, but he supposed they were rare enough that if he hadn’t seen one before, he wouldn’t know. He shook his head slightly. “Thank you, but this is really all I need to do for now.”

“anyone could tell from here.”

“Oh?” he seemed a bit uncomfortable with the idea of drinking with a stranger but his smile never wavered. “Sure!”

“First off, what’s your name?”

Toris forced a small smile. “O-Oh. No, it’s fine, I’m used to stares at this point.” Those who knew him were used to his appearance, but new folk always needed a moment to gawk and wonder; not everyone had seen a Lost One before. “Ah… thank you, but that’s okay. I couldn’t ask someone I just met to help with something like this.”

“I understand, besides I delayed your departure just by asking you to stay so you I can properly tell you good bye.” Antonio didn’t want him to leave but knew that he must. “Travel safe,hopefully I’ll see you again sooner rather than later.”

“Good thinking.” He didn’t really understand why anyone would actually want bottles of dirt lying around, despite it being a cute idea. Totally impractical unless it was enchanted with something. If it were him, he’d probably forget all the places the dirt was supposed to be from. 

He felt the slightest of grumbles in his stomach. “It’s about lunch time, good sir. Have you eaten yet?”

Toris almost wanted to shrink under the other’s gaze. People often found his appearance a little strange, what with the bark-like skin and branch-like antlers after all. He was silent for a moment, smiling uncertainly. “Ah, well… thank you again for you help. I should, ah… really go and wash this again now.”
