she would come into the as-is section of ikea saying she needed a spare part for this bedframe that her nephew was building but she doesn't know what type of bedframe it was nor the size. she also doesn't have a picture of the part she needs, and is only describing it as a metal rob/tube. once i finally find the bedframe that her nephew was building and actual confirm the part, i have to tell her that we can't order that part and she'll have to go through returns so they can do a parts pull for it.
