why is it that when you buy a ticket to see a movie, it is promtly destroyed, your precious movie ticket, by the movie guard??

just wanted to add a sappy little note that i came up with the idea for this article three years ago in grad school (round one) in my masculinity course. i ended up choosing a different topic (that went on to become my thesis, wahoo!) but kept this in a note on my phone knowing that one day i'd write about it. despite the hell my masc studies prof (and thesis advisor) put me thru i couldnt have written it without the concepts i learned in that course. but also a big FUCK YOU to [REDACTED] who never believed in me because he's a MISOGYNIST. anyways. billy hargrove is one of my favorite characters ever and i will never forgive the duffers for what they did to him.
