I love to cook, but I hate cooking. Does anyone else get what I mean?! The thought of cooking something myself and all the declicious recipes out there are so tempting, but so much work… guh. So I love easy no cook recipes like these amazing PBC bars. And when I say easy, I mean it - so easy you could even make multiple batches and eat them one after the other in a matter of hours…if you wanted to. No judging here! But may I suggest instead that you make a few batches, wrap some bars in baking paper, pop them in a pretty little box and give them as gifts? Your friends & stomach will thank you!
