but what about Labyul's tea parties, for example. how do they purchase the ingredients i mean like? does the school itself fund it? or do the students from the dorm fund it? i can see the latter being the case, where a budget is estimated & then split between everyone; but imagine the fights during housewarden meetings where they try to get extra funding out of Crowley

and? do other dorms have similar events? barbecue parties at Savanaclaw? taste-testing days at Octavinelle whenever Azul decides to change up the Mostro Lounge menu? cosmetics sampling or beauty workshops at Pomefiore? gaming nights at Ighihyde? (there are already parties at Scarabia, but they also have an Asim for the housewarden, so)

also, do they all purchase their goods and ingredients from Sam's shop. or would they, like, have some kinda contracts with shops in Foothill town
