i think my favorite thing about being bisexual during pride month are all the posts complaining about bisexuals speaking about some topic or centering themselves yet literally never seeing the actual actions of bisexuals doing that which is kinda funny and interesting

had an epiphany while swimming tonight that's probably like a very common sense human thing but i realize that people who love you aren't looking for flaws or things wrong with you, like people that love you will truly focus on the positives and what they love about you

#and i think that's why it's so hard to be loved #because you see everything wrong or inadequate in yourself and worried they see it too #but they just see someone they love a person they love and things that you do that they love #which is why when you hurt those you love or when you're 'blindsided' it because you see the good #like and i know this is so hard to wrap my head around because the people who have claimed to love me ONLY found flaws and inadequacies and #reason why i was hard to love but people that love you wouldn't see that #and this is a watered down naive version of what i'm trying to say #but i was just thinking of seeing my graphic design friends this weekend and how they're always so nice to me and have nice things to say #about me and i look at myself and don't see it but they see and love and support me despite my self inflicted flaws because they love ME #and see things they love IN me and that's enough #aaaaaaa anyway bad explanation but people who love you love you and aren't looking for a reason not to #eris: text
