The ship didn’t rlly make to much sense to me, but I have a headcannon that makes sense to me

In the mirage universe, I like to imagine every ultrakill character either goes to school or works some 9/5 job. Mirage definitely, due to her nihilistic mindset, DIDNT care much for school and purposely didn’t do anything. So she’d be considered a “bad student” and just wouldn’t gaf what the teachers or people did towards her, she did her own thing and was pretty rebellious. Gabriel on the other hand, was a goodie 2 shoe student who went to a pretty strict catholic school. Gabriel and mirage didn’t really know eachother well, besides when they rode the same train with eachother to school.

Though Gabe would always see her outside her school skipping class under a tree or causing destruction with property, over time, gabe caught feelings though—for her boldness, her freedom, the way she didn’t follow rules. Gabe found her unquie and different, everything she was suppose to go against. Eventually, Gabriel wanted to confess, and one day asked to be friends. Mirage didn’t accept at the time, seeing friends were pointless, but Gabe was persistent and kept asking everyday, until mirage finally caved in, but she caved into due to also developing a crush on Gabe.

Eventually Mirage got them both into trouble, of course, she brought gabe with her everywhere she went whenever she wanted to rebel, but Gabriel didn’t mind. Gabe was the classic goodie two-shoes, while mirage couldn’t care less about consequences.
