Mansion Redesign for a friend. They wanted wide open spaces in a modern style. Requested a gold saucer games room, a place to display trophies, and personal-type house including a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Fave concepts are the candles for the fireplace as I feel they’re a lot more subtle and modern than other alternatives and the arcade rainbows.

TLDR: No housing commissions for the time being.

This job was to design a Museum for an alt-FC. Ground floor is the usual paintings-exhibit, downstairs has the more physical exhibits while the top floor has restrooms and a gift shop. The 40 interactables limit is quite annoying when working with so many paintings.

Carbuncle Inn for <Srsly> FC. Featuring warm lighting, a brunch area, lounge, two bedrooms+bath in carbuncle style.

They requested light, modern, natural lighting and a reading ledge.

Tidbits of Ekle’s Medium home. Themes: Dark, asian, somewhat modern. they requested an area to show off their trophies, a vendor counter, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a loft on the main floor to craft in.

Tidbits of the <Sion> Mansion. They really liked the <sky> mansion and asked that i replicate many of the same themes. Was strange trying to come up with things that were the same, yet different. They preferred to furnish all the rooms of the house so as usual, very pushing item limit for a mansion.

Small shirogane cottage designed to be a mix of traditional and modern japanese for a master samurai. Upstairs has the mostly simplistic dojo while the actual living-quarters are downstairs.

<Sky> Mansion Pt. 2

Design for a mansion for the FC <Sky> on Tonberry. No specific requests, just wanted something that looked different than their personal house and lots of windows. Decided to try a clean, white modern theme. Once again used 400/400 item slots but still feels way too empty.

Pt 2 basement of Kokpit manor.

Another large, requesting cold colors and traditional setting. 399/400 items, blocked off an entire room and it still looks too empty.

Medium house this time. They requested japanese theme in a clean, modern style.
