As promised - here is a tutorial on how to switch your iTunes account to the Japanese store.

I kinda rushed through this in between homework assignments so please forgive any errors.

When I started this tutorial - you didn’t have to input payment information to switch stores. Now you at least need a Japanese iTunes gift card. You can get them fast and cheap at http://japancodesupply.com/.

Once you’re in the store you have to search in Japanese to find most apps. To find Phantom of the Kill copy and paste the katakana “ファントムオブキル” or to search for all Madoka apps copy and paste “まどか”.
