*he nodded*  alright… i think I got it…  *he smiled*

He pointed at one of the punching bags. "Let's see what you got."

*he nodded, looking around, he took the gloves trying them on, listening intently on everything Channing had to say*

Channing slipped on his own gloves. "Now, you're not only going to have to work on the power of your punch or kick, but you need to get the angle and direction just right. The wrong combination of the three can cause the bones to break."

I promise, scouts honor, *he grins holding up the three finger scout salute, following him to the gym, really exciting to be learning about this part of channing’s life*

Channing walked down one of the many long hallways before pushing open a door. Inside was a huge at home gym. He glanced around. "So, one of the basic things about what I do, you need to know how to keep in shape. That simple means you need your daily exercise. Nothing too complicated." He explained. "Then, he walked over to a cabinet, opening it up and pulling out two pairs of fighting gloves. They aren't anything too big, pretty thin, but enough to give your knuckles some protection, but that's how fighting gloves were.

of course…  just for self defense and emergency situations…  i wouldnt want to ruin this pretty face…  its how i got you and how I earn my money…  *he grins*

"Alright. As long as you promise me it'll only be used in defense situations or emergencies." He then nodded. He headed towards his home gym room.

*he smiled* maybe if i pick this up i can start training with you…  *he got up* Dont go too easy on me…. but dont break me either…

"Maybe." He stood up after him. "But, no matter how good you get, I don't want you getting involved with the UFC, or any of the other fighting groups. Nor do I want you street fighting. Got it?" He wanted the other to promise first.

of course….  this body is all yours and only yours…  because i know you could beat the shit out of anyone that tries to take me from you….  *he kisses him* do you think you could show me how to fight like that?  Ive always kinda wanted to learn but i havent had time recently…  plus i think it’ll help me get more definition on my muscles..  

"Good.. I don't share." He smirked as he was kissed again. "I probably would, let's be real here." He then thought for a minute. "Well.. What I do is a bit more dangerous than usual fighting.." He pointed out before shrugging. "I guess I could show you a thing or two."
