I’m thinking about the act 3 breakup in the second part of my band AU when everything reaches a boiling point and suddenly everything that used to be so fun and exciting about sneaking around with Lance just makes Keith feel sick and even the lyrics they wrote together, that used to be so sly and so tongue-in-cheek, just make him sad to the point where performing the songs is physically painful.

Long time no WIP Wednesday!

For those who don’t know, I’m putting together a little fandom worldbuilding resource of fan made planets/galaxies/alien species etc. and I’m officially accepting entries for it!

In short, the idea is to create a database of fandom created worldbuilding elements for creators to reference and use in their own works (like little Easter eggs hinting at other fandom works). Its opt-in only, so only elements submitted through this form will be added to the database and the form will be open indefinitely!

There’s more information in the form itself, but the only hard rules are that the elements submitted must be your own and you must be ok with other creators potentially using or referencing them in their own works.

The goal is to have the first round of entries compiled and publicly shared in the beginning of July and all subsequent entries will be added as they are submitted!

Feel free to spread the word wherever you think people would be interested!

Would anyone be interested in a fandom database of fictional aliens/planets/galaxies/etc from VLD creators for other VLD creators to use/reference in their own works?

I was generating planet names for my current WIP and I thought “wouldn’t it be cute if we referenced each other’s planets and alien species in our works like little Easter eggs?” and now I can’t stop thinking about it.

It would be an opt-in only thing, so only ideas people are ok with others using/referencing would be included. Idk. Is this silly? Would anyone be down for something like that?
