During WWII, reclusive marine researcher Alicent finds herself the reluctant guardian of an evacuee boy; as he worms his way into her heart, she finds herself thinking about the woman who once held it completely.

My contribution for the Come With Me: A Rhaenicent Zine (a fan project stuffed with great fic and art, raising money for essential work supporting Palestinians in Gaza), is an AU inspired by the the film Summerland (2020), with art by deuce_minus, illustrated above by @horreurscopes.
