These are my favourite workouts, and general workout rules I follow. I primarily focus on thigh slimming and flat stomach workouts
Rules I follow for working out
I workout every day for as long as possible. I usually have time for 60-90 minutes, but all that really matters is I do some each day.
I try to get my steps up to 10k a day to help out with my exercise, on a lazy day i’ll never let myself have less than 5k steps.
I always make sure i have the time to do over 30 consecutive minutes as i’ve heard 30m is when fat burning starts (whether it’s true or not, I still want to workout for over 30minutes lol).
Personally I don’t like taking breaks when working out, so i skip the breaks in videos when they’re included.

Holy Dukes flat stomach workout - once again I repeat this one around 3 times. One of the first workouts I ever tried and i’ve always found it helpful.

April Hans thigh gap workout - I like it and i’ve seen others reccomend it too. Once again, i’ve been following it since I started working out.

Those are just my 4 most watched workout videos, out of everything i’ve tried I find these the most efficient - i’m always looking for more workouts though so feel free to recommend more
By following those rules I can overwork myself which I do not condone, but we’re all disordered here and this post isn’t gonna change that.
