I feel like everyone else is moving forward career wise and I’ve been trapped in limbo for six months. And you wanna know how many times I’ve cried about it? Pretty much not at all. I haven’t allowed myself to feel my feelings about what happened last fall in any amount. I doubt I ever will. What’s the point? I’m going to a state school in the fall and I have a job and friends so literally what would the point on dwelling on what could have been be??? It would just make me feel shitty and I’ve been working so hard to be happy (and I AM!! In my day to day I am usually very upbeat and in my hobbies!! I just get sad sometimes). I just need to realize that everything goes at its own pace. Snail speed is not judged by the speed of the mouse. Things will be okay and so will I.
