I have actually recently talked with Duke about these two and their little thing on stage

You know, I really do enjoy the kisses and the forehead touching and everything, even them sometimes sort of clamping their teeth at each other is super cute, but I sometimes wish they would also do something smaller, even if it's little acting like this, with Hiisi kinda demanding like "where my kiss at" sort of thing and everything else. Sometimes if something different happens, it's mostly because the act itself allowed them to, like Kone running away from Mr.Lordi to hide next to Hiisi for safety

I think I might be asking for a little too much though, still happy with what we got!

#sometimes before the kiss happens if kone is late for it hiisi will kind of stand there spreading his arms out like #where's my boy at #and then kone will come running for the smooch #pretty sure that happened at simerock too for example #but yea it would be cool to see more different interactions between the two!

I think the funniest thing about drawing Lordi is the way your style of drawing them sort of sticks to everything else that you're drawing

For me it was the eyes, I sometimes give the frown + socket combo to my own ocs or characters, not even on purpose

#it does kinda stick to everything huh!#i've had to design a few characters and my friends keep telling me they are all lordi-coded :D #i was really trying to make my dnd character not look like lordi #first thing my friends said was yeah no he looks like lordi

Something I noticed when people are drawing Lordi characters, especially fanart from like post-Eurovision time

#first one is hiisi usually #second one is hiisi when it's silly time #like cats when their eyes go round when they get excited #also the frown is really hard to draw i struggle with it #partially why i mostly draw from photo ref rather than coming up with my own poses/expressions
