These are all pretty important tbh, but I think the most important factor is commitment to survival. If a partner is lacking in that area the relationship tends to be a short one.

I thought of a great resolution for the whole internet to take. You can all do this individually.

Ok so if you’re on Insta or Facebook or Twitter or here or fuck I dunno, wherever, in life generally: when you feel like saying something that is meant to hurt someone, or prove someone is dumber than you, or meant to belittle someone else’s opinion, or if some small part of you thinks some part of your motivation is not from love and positivity…

… don’t.

Just ask yourself what’s the point? How does hurting someone, or embarrassing someone, or hating someone you don’t (or barely) know, benefit you, or anyone else?

Don’t you think we’ll all be happier and better if we are just nice to each other?

236/366 - Give It A Whirl

Looking down the container of my Vitamix...used it to make a delicious tomato sauce yesterday 😋

I blended frozen peaches and a banana with some organic orange juice

Pour 1/3 in a jar (set aside)

Pour 1/3 in jar I drink out of

Add raspberries and a bit more orange juice to blender

Pour raspberry mixture in jar

Top with the mixture that was set aside
