What the fuck are you talking about. My dad has a penicillin allergy, he has, in reference to himself, referred to penicillin as poison in a similar way this commenter has. He also understands that for most people penicillin is really good and useful and he would never call someone using penicillin poisoned. Maybe there’s context I’m missing but given what you’ve provided as context I don’t see anything wrong with the person referring to testosterone as poison. It seems to me like you are policing a transfem’s speech for no real reason.

For the love of god stop extrapolating the way people talk about themselves and their own insecurities into ways they must view others. If a transfem refers to herself as deformed from male puberty that is clearly a reaction to extreme dysphoria, it reflects nothing about how she views other people. If upon seeing someone insecure and in pain express those insecurities about themself your first thought is “this must mean they hate me and the way I am” then you need to fix that.
