 ❝You have an admirable spirit! I’m not without compassion for the limitations you face, but… I feel that you shoulder any burdens with no less grace for it.❞

                                          (“I am still part of the world!”)

   Viral relished in the simple, yet inescapably powerful statement. He made a note of this moment, wherein a radiance shone from Poseidon’s presence that would not be forgotten. Perhaps he would call upon that same insight, himself, in times when he felt dissimilar or lonely in his own journey. Poseidon had gifted a precious truth just then, maybe even unintentionally. But it was a fragment of what mankind may have once sought from their Gods, during the previous Ages.    

  There were plenty of inquiries to pose, but his own curiosity surfaced to his tongue before history could be questioned. He did wonder what it was that the god-divided had mumbled about, moments before.. but there was probably a reason why Poseidon didn’t articulate back then…

  ❝What is it that you do, now? In this existence of yours? Do you have some mission at hand, or are you moving forward on whim? Is that something you can divulge?❞

                                    🐾—ɪ'ᴍ ʜᴇʀᴇ ʙᴇᴄᴀᴜsᴇ ʏᴏᴜ'ʀᴇ ʜᴇʀᴇ ,                                          ‘ǝɹǝɥ ǝɹ'noʎ ǝsnɐɔǝb ǝɹǝɥ ɯ'I

                                            ʏᴏᴜ'ᴠᴇ ɢᴏᴛ ᴀ ᴘʀᴏʙʟᴇᴍ ɴᴏᴡ!”                                             “!ʍon ɯǝןboɹd ɐ ʇoƃ ǝʌ'noʎ

 “In honesty I’m partying my mortality right now since the humans have no need of gods these days. There isnt anything I can do since most of my powers is... never mind, but I have so many things to do right now! Its amazing how ... I don’t want to give humans too much credit since gods did party best!”

Its just annoying a bit when things go wrong.

                                                                            ｗｉｔｈ ｏｕｒ ｏｗｎ ｈａｎｄｓ!

  ❝I wouldn’t say he was long gone.

   We all made sacrifices back then. But even so, there is a place for those who are too bright and restless to simply fade away.❞

   He didn’t mind divulging a few details about it. Nor did he mind listening to Poseidon recount his hopes and struggles.

 ❝Is it still possible? For you to see your form again, I mean? Is it the ego you mentioned, that prevents it?❞

  Viral was curious, and there was much he did not find familiar about the peculiar god’s circumstances. He was an eager study, though, and posed his questions candidly. In the same manner, he offered honest answers to the god,    

   ❝A fair question.

   Spiral life is life itself. But more than that - it represents that which possesses a soul, the burning spirit of an entity. It can extend to beings that exist outside of flesh and blood, as well. And those who exalt through passion and persistence, to forge a spirit for themselves, evolving beyond the limitations of their origination.

  The spiral represents the winding path upwards that a living spirit traverses, from genesis to apex. And the ‘Spiral Path’ is the journey of the collective will to evolve, you could say.❞

      He paused, to allow the god to process the information,    

   ❝Does any of that… offer understanding?❞

                                🐾—ɪ'ᴍ ʜᴇʀᴇ ʙᴇᴄᴀᴜsᴇ ʏᴏᴜ'ʀᴇ ʜᴇʀᴇ ,                                          ‘ǝɹǝɥ ǝɹ'noʎ ǝsnɐɔǝb ǝɹǝɥ ɯ'I

                                            ʏᴏᴜ'ᴠᴇ ɢᴏᴛ ᴀ ᴘʀᴏʙʟᴇᴍ ɴᴏᴡ!”                                             “!ʍon ɯǝןboɹd ɐ ʇoƃ ǝʌ'noʎ

 “If I were a full god, it would have been understood instantly. But with mortal tales plauging this body, I can barely understand it. Ah... it is my apologies I should give.” 

Greek gods themselves were but mere machines with ego given form, their creators the titans were mere creators of life before man came in. Unknown and foreign entities that become the pillars of the world until they were not needed anymore. His real body sleeps in the deepest part of the ocean. 

 “I am but a fraction of what I truly am. To descend upon mortal realm, to be understandable to both humanity and none, this mind that inhabits this vessel is only but a fraction of what I can become. The true me now sleeps since the world no longer needs gods to guide them...in this time line.”

🚀—“Jｏｉｎ ｗｉｔｈ ｙｅｓｔｅｒｄａｙ'ｓ ｆｏｅ ｔｏ ｓｍａｓｈ ｆａｔｅ,

                                                                            ｗｉｔｈ ｏｕｒ ｏｗｎ ｈａｎｄｓ!

  ❝Ah, that’s sounds like… quite a bit to balance.

   But certainly, I can agree that the name Poseidon is a better fit than that of a…Princess… At least, as you are, right now.❞

   It was humorous, though he doubted that the figure would appreciate amusement at his expense. Viral kept his expression reserved as he acknowledged the surprising facts. He’d come across some incredible phenomena, but this one merited its own place in the chronicler’s memories.

  Viral quirked a pale brow at the mention of his ‘creators,’ and further it arched at the demanding intonation that beckoned explanation of those who existed along the spiral’s path. The Beastman was tactful, but there was no place for veneration of any one existence over another - not even a god. His respect was invested in the living being before him, irrespective of his claims to eminence or godhood.    

   ❝Thank you for saying as much.

   As it happens, on the day of my exaltation, my creator met me on the battlefield as an equal. When we battled against a great and common enemy, we fought side-by-side; simple warriors united by the Spiral Path.

   To me, there is no force nor being above my regard for the sanctity of Spiral Life. ❞

     His days of dutifully complying with commands were long since over.

  Yet, that wasn’t to say that the Beastman was unwilling to impart what he knew to a curious mind. There was value in sharing knowledge, especially with someone who had seen and done much across so many lives, like Poseidon.   

   ❝However, I do have time to oblige any of your questions.

    There is much to be said, where would you like to start?❞

                                 🐾—ɪ'ᴍ ʜᴇʀᴇ ʙᴇᴄᴀᴜsᴇ ʏᴏᴜ'ʀᴇ ʜᴇʀᴇ ,                                          ‘ǝɹǝɥ ǝɹ'noʎ ǝsnɐɔǝb ǝɹǝɥ ɯ'I

                                            ʏᴏᴜ'ᴠᴇ ɢᴏᴛ ᴀ ᴘʀᴏʙʟᴇᴍ ɴᴏᴡ!”                                             “!ʍon ɯǝןboɹd ɐ ʇoƃ ǝʌ'noʎ

Oho. 

 “Would that mean your creator is long gone now? Ah well, it doesn’t matter. The time of gods is over in some time lines and I was hoping to see my true form once again before I had gained a ego. but at the very least there are no personal problems right now...”

he’s rambling. 

 “This spiral path...is it not simply life itself that you fight for? I believe that a lot of people become confused when you add the word spiral, are spirals such a deep thing for you?”

  ❝‘A god of sorts’?

             Poseidon? Is that what you just said?❞

  The Beastman gathered his composure, sent sprawling in surprise at the use of the name and claim; if his memory served, (and it always did, given his work) that was indeed the name of a godly figure. He reigned over the sea, the storm, equine beasts, and the tremblings of the earth. …was this fellow really a representation of all of that? …he’d also said “Well, not right now,” so perhaps there was some distortion of his command by the mortal-looking form he occupied? And, on another tangent of curiosity, was this fellow as avaricious and poorly-tempered as he’d heard Poseidon assessed to be?

   Viral had met gods and godlike beings, before, but never one who represented the will of Poseidon. He bowed in decorum,  and settled down closer to the figure. In goodwill, the blond indeed, accepted the vegetable extended to him. Poseidon was such a terse fellow, but Viral strove to be conscientious. 

   ❝It’s an honor; Captain Viral Teppelin, of the Chouginga Daigurren and a goodwill ambassador… of sorts…  to all spiral races.

   Do you… demand any title of address in particular? “Lord Poseidon" or something along that gesture?❞

                                       🐾—ɪ'ᴍ ʜᴇʀᴇ ʙᴇᴄᴀᴜsᴇ ʏᴏᴜ'ʀᴇ ʜᴇʀᴇ ,                                          ‘ǝɹǝɥ ǝɹ'noʎ ǝsnɐɔǝb ǝɹǝɥ ɯ'I

                                            ʏᴏᴜ'ᴠᴇ ɢᴏᴛ ᴀ ᴘʀᴏʙʟᴇᴍ ɴᴏᴡ!”                                             “!ʍon ɯǝןboɹd ɐ ʇoƃ ǝʌ'noʎ

 “As of the moment, this mortal body is combined with the legend of the beast princess of Japan , and so I am caught between two identities and this body is caught between  two souls. There is no need to bow, unless I happen to be in full splendor, there is on point.” this body was too distorted for anything to enjoy like a usual god, and it felt weird to be in it. But this was the best he could do right now as a demi servant. 

 “I can be called as well Princess Fuse, but you can see why I”m hesitant on that one.” a masculine body does not show well a princess, but memories ar emixed together of the mother of all beast races in japan and he leaves the topic be. 

 “Captain Viral, a powerful name. Your creators must be proud then, and have high hopes for you. And these spiral races... would you explain them to me?” 

🚀—“Jｏｉｎ ｗｉｔｈ ｙｅｓｔｅｒｄａｙ'ｓ ｆｏｅ ｔｏ ｓｍａｓｈ ｆａｔｅ,                                                   💫 — ａｎｄ ｇｒａｂ ｔｏｍｏｒｒｏｗ'ｓ ｐａｔｈ                                                                            ｗｉｔｈ ｏｕｒ ｏｗｎ ｈａｎｄｓ!”

    The Beastman lifted his head from a small device obscured by the breadth of his palm. He’d nearly passed the stranger by without speaking at all, so engrossed was the blond in his work. Though it was drawn unexpectedly on his part, his attention was amiable once it alighted upon the speaker’s countenance.      

       ❝E-eh? Thank you….❞

  Had it been complimentary? Was it awkward to thank him? It was just an observation. …but neither had the stranger seemed to mean ill by it. The impromptu exchange had caught him off-guard, but a moment of study and Viral noticed those peculiar ears and their querying motion; he lingered to watch. The figure possessed a handsome, mature face framed by what looked like… vaguely dog-like ears.

    The arrangement of cuisine was noted, distantly, as it was unusual to see a canine of any designation diving into… uncooked vegetables unless it just had to be so.

     ❝Those ears stand out, too. Nn. Not a Human, are you?❞

                                  🐾—ɪ'ᴍ ʜᴇʀᴇ ʙᴇᴄᴀᴜsᴇ ʏᴏᴜ'ʀᴇ ʜᴇʀᴇ ,                                             ‘ǝɹǝɥ ǝɹ'noʎ ǝsnɐɔǝb ǝɹǝɥ ɯ'I                                               ʏᴏᴜ'ᴠᴇ ɢᴏᴛ ᴀ ᴘʀᴏʙʟᴇᴍ ɴᴏᴡ!”                                               “!ʍon ɯǝןboɹd ɐ ʇoƃ ǝʌ'noʎ

Not a moral either, but Poseidon thinks that having a dog fuck over a princess is not a good way to start the story at all, hence he keeps that part of his history out of the books as he crunches a whole broccoli raw. 

His teeth despite appearance, were blunt. 

 “No. I am Poseidon, a god of sorts. Well, not right now but I am a god.” it was said nonchalantly as he eats a whole celeri stick raw as well. It was... odd seeing it, eating it.

☠─ ━αɩժοɴеоႽ No matter what versions of him there is, Hades is still Hades and no matter where he is there is always chaos that follows…….especially when it comes to his family or his brothers more or less. ❝I am fine, this is just the vessel I borrowed to come into. Although I do curse the Throne for putting us together like this. ❞

 “At least you didn’t have your mind...never mind.” can’t say too much about other time lines too much, especially in these halls. He’s very much someone who needs to watch what he says, he has a mind about it, unlike their youngest sibling Zeus. 

 “How lucky, are we that chaldea did not choose to summon our...perhaps bigger bodies.” 

or perhaps this is another version he knows.
