peep the trash reality tv/meme inspo to get me through finals week. my very last planner spread of the semester! I have to say that I’m so grateful for this thing- I don’t know how I’d survive classes and life in general without it. I doubt I’ll be using filling it out nearly as much during my holiday break, but you never know.

I’ve been obsessed with the scent and flavour of grapefruit recently, even though I don’t like it much on its own. Currently burning this candle while journaling and drinking this grapefruit, lemon and hibiscus tea. 

I’ve started ‘actual’ journaling for the first time, even though my life isn’t all that interesting, just to record what I’m up to and any thoughts and ideas I have.

things to do the morning after the night when you got no sleep:

hot shower

fresh pyjamas and blankets and duvets 

fresh fruit and coffee

open your windows and breathe

slow stress-free start

naps

no need to build up extreme expectations for the day

set your intention to be as productive as your mind and body want to be
