SOL WOOD

i get rlly depressed every once in a while because i don’t understand why people like me. i feel like im never saying enough or being entertaining enough. im not funny. i know how to have fun. but im not funny. maybe it’s that i prioritize laughter and dopamine so much that when i can’t give that to someone else i feel like im failing them.

if trauma is the foundation for art and creation. than was the universe, sol wood, traumatized into existence. or is the universe a manifestation of traumas healing itself and undertaking in everything. but that’s to say it’s separate

i had an epiphany yesterday which made my love for the name sol wood expand. and it is that. if we are a version of the universe expressing itself and i named the universe sol wood. then that adds so many layers to me saying my artist name is sol wood and that the universe is also sol wood. it’s kind of the whole point of the name and the woodwork in general.

to myself everytime i have to do something that lets my guards down: “i’d rather hurt than feel nothing at all.”
