This movie was so important

This is one of the only “white savior” movies that matter because they didnt silence the stories of the kids of color. They kept it real and in doing so kept it realatable.

the problem is that men are raised to overlook the pain they cause and women are raised to quietly bear the pain they feel. men will never understand the burdens women carry solely for their ego and well being. men will never truly suffer the way women suffer.
