Fantasy readers will forgive impossible magic.
They won't forgive confusing worldbuilding.
If readers have to stop and figure out how your magic works, why a kingdom matters, or who's speaking in a council scene, the spell is broken.
The best fantasy worlds feel vast without leaving readers lost.
Before you send your manuscript into the world, make sure your readers can lose themselves in the adventure, not the confusion.
