i wanted to fast today but ended up eating 2 tomatoes (62 cals). i had too bc i was shaking too bad n i had to work. i drank a lot of water with it so i was full n it rlly did work, im not even hungry after work n i had enough energy to keep me going.
Also burned 660cals active so i guess its still a good day. weird how i can feel guilty about 2 tomatoes 😀
tomorrow i’ll see how much i lost in 4 days (2 entire fasts)
