He chuckled. “I’m learnin’ more and more about you every second. I don’t even think I’m gonna have to ask, you’ll just tell me,” he teased.

        “We will see about that. I have much about me that is still unknown to the world.”    The reaper purred out with a smirk. Looking to the other, they played with a strand of the own hair once more.

“Well, don’t mean to brag, but I was one of my gang’s best interrogators. Of course, I would never use methods like that on you.”

        “I doubt even your methods would be able to get anything out of me. I also doubt you would be able to keep me to even do them. But, who knows, I do like being tied up.”

        “If you can get that much out of me, I will be impressed.”    They gave a wink as a smile spread across their lips.

“Well, if it’s just a date, I wouldn’t mind spendin’ all I own on you.” He winked. “Where do you work, by the way?”

   They opened their mouth as if to actually say it before giving a chuckle and shaking their head.         “I cannot really tell you that. You will come to learn that I am a pretty secretive person.”

“Oh, but I feel bad giving someone like you something cheap. If I could afford it, I’d give you one of them high class wines they serve in small portions.”

        “It’s fine. Trust me, I live pay check to pay check, I do not need to eat fancy on someone elses behalf.”    Then again, they usually spent the money they could have used on food, on clothes, shoes, and make-up. You know, priorities.

   Looking around the bar, the red head let out a hum. This was far from being the worst bar they had been in. Then again, they were around in the 1800s, even the worst of the worst was better then the taverns back then.         “Oh, just something small and cheap. I need not eat much.”

        “Oh? I can’t wait to see that, then. Lead the way, Handsome.”    As is nothing had happened in the moments before, they went back to having a happy air around them, smiling at the other to boot.

“Are you on the run from the police too?” he teased. “I don’t doubt soemone like you could defend themselves, don’t get me wrong.”

        “No. Although I am wanted, if they found me, they would be dead before they could even try.”    A smirk graced their lips as they gazed over their glasses to the other. A spark of something not being all quite right flashing to the surface.         “You should not judge a book by its cover.”

He held out his hand. “Now let’s just hope that no cops show up and arrest me in the middle of this. I hope they have the decency to wait until I’m done.” He winked.

   Bypassing the others hand, the red head scooped up the other arm, hugging it loosely. They really could not help it, the other was a few inches taller and they have done this countless time to no avail. Perhaps it would work this time.         “I doubt they’ll bother you, not with me here.”

   Letting out an over exaggerated, exasperated sigh, they began to near the other. As the strode over to the other, they put their death scythe away, the it looked more like it simply disappeared into thin air.         “You are speaking with Death, it might be wise not to make her mad.”    The threat was followed by a glare, bright green eyes nearly glowing in the dim light of the room. Though, that imposing intimidation did not last long, as they practically skipped over a pool of blood to save their shoes from the liquid.

Ciel smirked and decided he wanted to torment the reaper so he would hurry and run over to a shop that was in plain view and he would walk back over with a clown outfit and a camera “Hm if you put that on I’ll think about putting in a good word for you to Sebastian”

   Watching the other run off all of a sudden raised suspicions, more so when he returned. Looking at what he had in his hands, their shoulders slumped. A clown outfit? For a good word in with Sebastian?         “. . . I think I’ll pass.”

“Well, as much as you deserve high quality dinin’, I’m afraid money’s a bit tight for me, so I’m thinking right now at the nearest bar. Anythin’ they serve that you want is on me.”

        “Well, aren’t you a sweetheart!”    Another light giggle broke free from their chest. Shaking their head, they had to admit, the others honesty was quite refreshing. That, and how could they say no to a potential free meal when they were low on money, themselves?

“You know that’s the thing I don’t understand about you, reapers have set death dates for people yet you just kill them ignoring the date?, that must be rather irking for some of your higher ups” Ciel said all this in a rather teasing tone a smirk still apparent on his face as well and he decided to ignore the obvious threat

        “I like breaking the rules.”    Clenching their jaw, they knew getting angry at the boy would bring nothing. Perhaps a lovely black eye on account of a certain demon showing up, but they were trying to get on his good side. Impossible, they knew this well, but they could still try.         “The real question would be as to why they keep me around.”

He smirked. “Guess you haven’t been talkin’ to the right people.” He leaned against the wall. “How about I take you out on a date?”

   They paused, a date. As much as they would love to jump on the occasion, they really did not want to get close to someone. Especially a human. Thinking rationally on this, one date would not hurt, but anything after that would be detrimental to them both.         “When and where, Handsome?”

Ciel just rolled his eyes a bit at the reaper before replying “No but it’s how I greet obsessed morons like your self” Ciel’s expression then changes to a cocky smirk after saying this while looking into the reapers green eyes @redstained–death

   A sneer tugged at their lips, showing part of their teeth as they looked to the other in pure disgust. This child was annoying and they wished they could kill them here and now.         “You are quite lucky you have someone to stand behind as you say things like that. If I did not know what he was capable of, I would rip you to shreds.”
