He does use quips like in canon but I head canon that the reason on why Dante barely spoke was because he was just out of it. Although he does have energy for some quips he was more focused on getting the mission done with than anything.

He was more irritable in his early life than his later life. He also could’ve been more mad depending on whatever time it was.

This man has eyebags because although he DOES take small naps here and there,I imagine that he doesn’t get a lot of sleep due to nightmares,guilt, or anything else.

Killing demons were somewhat his main source of happiness,other than playing music.

Nevan was surprisingly the only guitar he didn’t break if he ever broke any. She withstands a lot of damage.

Dante’s hair would grow longer as he didn’t have the energy to maintain it. He only had enough energy for SOME hunts,food, and sleeping.

Dante doesn’t usually dream unless it’s of memories. It’s just darkness.

However,sometimes he dreams of having a better life with his family and yearns for it, just to stay in his dreams for a little while longer. Until he has to wake up.

This man has cried more times than not,but only if he’s truly alone and on the off occasions,drunk.

This man was at the lowest point of his life and sometimes even cared less about helping people,really only wanting to help others with the money unless he genuinely felt like doing something.

Dante’s mood can switch at times. Being tired and empty or being happy. He doesn’t really know why this happens.

I can also explain this in a more angsty list of headcanons but Dante also has abandonment issues. Especially with people he loves or hangs around with losing their lives. So on hand he fights to get attached easily but on the other hand he pushes people away so they don’t get harmed or worse.

This man has survivors’ guilt,constantly saying that it should’ve been him who died and sometimes hates that he’s hard to kill because he can’t be with the people he loves. Sometimes viewing it as a curse but also a blessing at the same time.

On a brighter and sillier note, I keep wondering what if Twote (Dmc2! Dante) as a gamer with a cat ear headset,computer set and all.

Dante loves stretching and is flexible. This man will go to insane poses JUST to pop his back. And if that doesn’t work? Just step on his back-(I do this bro😭)
