"Sounds fun to me. I highly doubt anyone will ignore giving me their dues if I have a mean looking guy like you beside me." She giggled moving her hand to give him a gentle pet atop his head. "Might even more effective than Cloud. Come on then, there's lots to do."

❝ I mean, I can give them a mean growl or two. Everyone thinks I'm a dog anyway. ❞ Probably because he never gives them a real roar or howl. Whatever. He's content to follow Tifa and assist where he can. ❝ What's the first stop? I know that weapons shop owner can be a little . . . difficult. ❞

❝ So, if I believe I can create a miracle, I will? ❞ Being a sort of guardian of the planet, there was no telling what he was capable of. Unfortunately, he was the last of his kind. But, what if by some miracle more of them survived? He had already met a another of his kind who was a girl. What if he could use his affinity with the planet to help save it and help his friends fight Shinra? Many possibilities existed and he wished he could explore them all and pick the best outcome. ❝ How does one create a miracle? Faith and will seem abstract. ❞

A pause. ❝ Are we sure that's actually Sephiroth and not Jenova wearing his face? The dead don't usually come back to life. ❞

"Couldn't sleep, mind if I join ya?" She ducked out of Avalanche's dwellings in Cosmo Canyon and sat down beside him near their fire. After a beat of silence she finally spoke up again, "...So...hojo messed with your life too huh?"

He'd noticed her approach and sit next to him. Though he didn't turn his head, his ears did swivel to indicate he was listening to her. A moment of silence and then he decided to answer. ❝ Yes. Unfortunately, he did. I was just one of many experiments. I'm sure I will not be the last either. ShinRa must be stopped. The planet's life is in endanger ----- no ----- we're all in danger. ❞
