Emerging

week 4 update. No photos as the contractor and crew were quite busy when I arrived. Contractor has informed me new roofing, windows,electrical and plumbing going in this week if all goes as planned. Should have additional photos by next week (and a half)  :) 

Week 3 of the remodel is underway and Mother Nature has provided us with ideal weather compared to the previous one. Our contractor tore the roof off and literally let the sun shine in.

We have experienced some strange weather these past two weeks in Chicago making April feel more of a Winter month. Our contractor is currently gutting the interior of the West Pullman property.  Great progress so far! Can’t wait to see the next phase!

Built in 1919, renovations are underway on this lovely West Pullman 2 bed 1 bath with full basement Craftsman home.
