Misty grinned as she went around the dining room table, setting the plates and utensils to look presentable. She couldn’t contain her good mood - Cuphead was coming over to visit for lunch. There hadn’t been anyone over to the house in quite a long time, so this was quite a big occasion! She’d spent the entire morning making sure the whole house sparkled and shined and even though she was a little tired, she knew it would all be worth it.
Titan could tell something was going on. He followed her from room to room, bounding after her and panting excitedly if she started hurrying. How exciting! He’d never seen his lady this happy before. What in the world could be going on? His little doggy brain thought.
Suddenly Misty ran over to one of the windows looking out at the front yard. Titan followed her, setting his front paws on the windowsill to look outside. A little boy with a cup for a head was heading this way! Titan had reached his limit, beginning to bark from all the excitement going on. Misty ran to the front door and threw it open.
“Hello, Cuphead! Welcome-” she didn’t get to finish, as Titan raced past her, making a beeline for the boy, tongue wagging and spit flying.

Cuphead was rather excited to be able to see his friend, Misty, for lunch today. It’s likely his first time going to her place, and that made him even more excited! When she agreed that he’ll come over, he couldn’t contain his excitement. It’s like a hyper kid, waking up on his first day of Christmas.
The child walked towards his sisterly figure’s house, he had a big smile on his face. What made it even better is that after they eat, he can do anything fun with her, most importantly, he gets to spend the day with her.
When Misty opened the door to greet him, he couldn’t help but grin and run towards her. “Howdy, Mist—“ he was soon interrupted by a small canine. It surprised him if he had to be honest. However, he didn’t mind it, he wasn’t aware that she had a little puppy. Cuphead giggled as he watched the puppy, which was likely excited to see him.
“Mist! I didn’t know ya had a pup!”

The fun has ended for the kid.
He was going to defeat the Devil, and he was so close. Perhaps resting for a bit would have been better, fighting King Dice and his lackeys were really challenging. However, he reckless went to the Devil instead. They fight and fight…Until it was over. He was thrown into a cell, with a familiar face. At first, Cuphead didn’t notice that it was Dice, he was distracted by the feeling of defeat. He lost, but there’s a second chance, right? There has to be!
The injured cup slowly moved his head to see the dice, he felt a bit surprised to see him but he wished he didn’t see him. Not right now anyway.
“Oh...Well look it is, the King, himself…What the Hell are ya e-even doin’ here?”

Cuphead was just out for a stroll, he didn’t have any plans in mind. He was slightly shivering, despite wearing a jacket and a long scarf. They aren’t even thin clothing, yet he’s still cold. He loved the snow, but alas the cold is the problem. But hey, he’ll get used to this eventually.
As soon as he heard the familiar voice calling him, his head jolted upwards and instantly grinned. It’s his pal, Tea! He feels so much happier whenever he’s with her, and he feels a bit warm inside. He isn’t sure why that is, but maybe it could be because they’re both close friends in a way?
“Tea! Heya, bud!” he chuckled, as she ran towards him. “I’m just walkin’ around, and whatcha’ bout you, buddy?”
At first, he wasn’t aware of the mistletoe on top of them, though it didn’t take long for him to notice it. He couldn’t help but blush, he’s supposed to kiss her if they’re underneath one, right?
Alright, Cuphead, no one ever specified where to kiss someone. Just…Just go for it!
Cuphead looked at the mistletoe, then back at Tea before leaning forward and gently pecked her cheek. Right after doing so, he looks away, blushing heavily.
