My personal take on An Eastern European classic. A traditional Polish “mielone” dish which is made of breaded ground pork cutlets usually served with potatoes and a side dish of “mizeria” (meaning misery lol; yoghurt, sliced cucumber, dill and salt).

Lean ground pork with celery, carrot, shallots and garlic in a creamy tomato sauce with coconut cream, Parmesan and cheddar. Dill, parsley, salt and pepper.

Oven baked Pitta bread with mortadella, cream cheese, sliced sausage, salami , cherry tomatoes and rucola.

Chicken hearts, black tiger prawns and calamari!

Capocollo and soppressata with herb cream cheese and a touch of mustard on a slice of rye-wheat bread.

Homemade beef tartare.

Ground pork in a home cooked bolognese sauce with coconut cream, Parmesan and seasonings.

Home made tagliatelle bolognese.

A home made tuna steak in a yoghurt-based dill sauce with spinach and peas.

Rich in dietary fiber, flavour and what an aroma!

A home made broth soup/bouillon.

A simply home made rainbow trout (oven baked) in a light and creamy sauce.
