Homemade French toast.

Ground pork with shallots in a cheesy and creamy tomato sauce.

Hopefully my dearest Mommy you will understand one day that your abuse is killing me the most. I can and will survive without your uterus. I love you, however, I must learn how to love myself more. I cannot live in a toxic environment anymore with constant control anymore. You will never change, you will never try therapy which everyone encourages. You chose. I choose life.

Black rice, selery, carrots, shallots, ground pork boiled in beef stock. A spicy tomato based meat sauce mixed with coconut cream, Parmesan and mature cheddar. Dill, parsley, salt and pepper.

Ground pork meatballs, cream cheese with herbs, dill and parsley. Salt, pepper.

My personal take on An Eastern European classic. A traditional Polish “mielone” dish which is made of breaded ground pork cutlets usually served with potatoes and a side dish of “mizeria” (meaning misery lol; yoghurt, sliced cucumber, dill and salt).

Lean ground pork with celery, carrot, shallots and garlic in a creamy tomato sauce with coconut cream, Parmesan and cheddar. Dill, parsley, salt and pepper.

Oven baked Pitta bread with mortadella, cream cheese, sliced sausage, salami , cherry tomatoes and rucola.

Chicken hearts, black tiger prawns and calamari!
