Summary: June 2017: Adam has finally graduated high school and is ready to spend one last summer with Caleb before they embark on their separate college journeys. Through the ups and downs of preparing for his future at Yale, spending a weekend at the Michaels family lake house, deepening his existing friendships, and trying to create the perfect going-away gift for Caleb, Adam experiences a summer that he won’t soon forget—and is reminded that there’s nothing that he can’t face as long as he has Caleb by his side
