Cognition,Through Irrational Eyes

You are living your life as if you are an actor in a movie that isn’t being shot. Nobody is watching. It’s not to say that they never will but the curtain isn’t always up and you need to stop performing. You are exhausted, you are weak, and you are tired. And I need you to stop. You learn skills for people you want to care but are terrible people. You are not a terrible person. Stop treating yourself as one. Stop wallowing away in yesterday’s stale air and pining, no yearning for something that will never happen in the future. You are a great person. I need you to start understanding that. I need you to start understanding yourself instead of the masks you put on. I need you to know that there is a you and not just a pile of others sewn into a wool blanket that will never keep you warm. You are whole. Realize it. Love it. And remember it.

How can you not believe in fate. How can you believe in creating your own destiny. People's brains are genetically wired to fail. More importantly how can you not be angry.
