not to imply that disgust towards fat bodies *isn't* a widely taught and culturally reinforced behavior but i think a great deal of it when it comes to dating and sex is less genuine and more of a post-hoc justification for people's deep fears around being perceived as someone with any kind of proximity to fatness & the potential social consequences of that perception

a lot of people's supposedly intense and innate sexual revulsion towards fat bodies seems to magically disappear the second the setting becomes "being alone in a room with us" and not "being seen in public/by friends or family with us"

there should be a job where i can lay in bed and overthink all day
