I was looking back at some old art I drew ages ago and found one with a pretty cool concept and composition, so I did a quick remake. (And since I’m not very good at drawing spiky short hair, this was also a bit of practice for that.)

I know it’s such a cliché trope, but I just love the idea of a tiny person frantically hiding behind furniture or in between small objects, holding their breath. And I also really love the giant side looking into or reaching toward the spot where they’re hiding—whether the giant actually knows they’re there or not.

Also, I don't know how to put it exactly, but I’m really into giants who have this reliable vibe. I love that sense of composure or broad-mindedness that’s unique to the "stronger" position of being a giant—that sort of calm, unshakable attitude.

I like it when their movements are slow and deliberate, maybe out of kindness so they don’t startle the tiny one, or maybe just because they’re that relaxed. Or how they stay totally unfazed no matter what the tiny one does or how hard they try. And how, when they put the tiny one on their hand or shoulder, you just know they’d never, ever let them fall by mistake…

It’s interesting how different tinies would react to that based on their personalities and values. Like, one might find it super reliable and comforting, while another might find it terrifying, like they’re being seen through and completely dominated by the space around them.

Thinking about my own personal taste, I guess I just like it when the stronger side has this physical strength and size that the weaker side can’t possibly overcome, no matter what they do (and not just in g/t). It’s that overwhelming gap, like, "there’s no way you can change anything with those little tricks."

In a peaceful story, that translates to a dependable sense of security, but in something darker like fearplay, it works as a dominant, intimidating presence… I think I like it because it’s so versatile and fits into so many different vibes.

giant grace

grace’s kisses would be brief. moving so slowly it makes simon want to yell at him to hurry up. his lips slightly pursed and merely brushing against simon’s body.

simon has to lean into his face and do most of the work. but a few seconds after simon shoves his face into the giant lips, grace is already pulling away. leaving simon desperately wanting more

he doesn’t mean to be a tease. he just feels nervous about hurting simon.

simon is not the one to propose a kiss. it is always grace’s idea. simon is very touch starved but is too nervous to initiate contact. believing that if he dares to ask for it he’ll be shut down and his advances will be rejected

before he kisses grace he asks for permission. making absolutely sure this is wanted. his kisses are unrelenting and rough and he knows this

g/t and macro/micro at the end of the day are both about control. it’s inherently about power dynamics. the content people chose to create from that is what makes it sfw or not.

and i know from the outside perspective, most people assume all size differences are inherently kinky. ik the sfw community fights tooth and nail to prove they’re nonsexual. but that does not mean nsfw enjoyers are the enemy.

and obviously sfw spaces are important for minors. that feels obligatory to mention bc i know if i wont somebody else will.

but i’m talking about a general 18+ space where sfw and nsfw can coexist. it’s like people are scared to enjoy macro/micro and/or they’re embarrassed to enjoy content parallel to that material. so they point and judge others, which puts us in this horrible little loop.
